Albert Beltran

Albert is a Senior Certified Chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America, an organization that provides chaplains to care for employees in the workplace. He serves several companies in South Florida, meeting the needs of over 600 employees and their families. Fully integrated in the lives of these corporations, he builds relationships with the employees, allowing him to be there when needed – funerals, hospital stays, broken relationships, family issues, legal problems, abuse, conflicts and more. Albert also serves in CCA’s Crisis Response Team, a specialized team trained to help in places of need all throughout the nation. He has also been trained as part of the Field Development group in CCA, allowing him the privilege to go before company owners, presidents and CEOs and promote chaplaincy care for their employees. Now on his 8th year with CCA, Albert has ample experience both in corporate America and ministry. He worked as a full-time pastor for 15 years, serving in different capacities in three churches. In the early 80’s, Albert worked in the aluminum window and door business. Before entering full-time ministry in 1986, he was the residential sales manager of a local manufacturer. He and his wife Susy have been married for over 27 years and reside in Pembroke Pines. They have two daughters: Cyndi, 23, attended Liberty University, is married to Matt, a Liberty graduate working in marketing and sales, and is the stay-at-home mom to their grandson Ryan; Sarah, 18, is a freshman at Sanford University in Birmingham, Alabama, studying Music and Philosophy. Albert has a Diploma in Pastoral and Missionary Studies from the Spanish Bible Institute, a Bachelor of Ministry degree from The University of the Rockies and is a Master’s candidate at Liberty Bible College and Seminary. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, member of the American Translators Association, Teacher Trainer with the National Center for Fathering, Certified Facilitator with Active Parenting Publishers and facilitator of Anger Management for the 21st Century program.
